Stacey Griffiths

Stacey Griffiths entered financial services after completing a degree in Psychology and Criminology. Her studies gave Stacey a strong grounding in analytical and detailed research which she uses when creating financial planning reports. Recently Stacey has been working more closely with clients, and finds her psychology experience useful in understanding client’s emotional responses in the financial planning process.

Following university Stacey continued with her studies, swapping academic exams for professional exams. She now holds the Diploma in Personal Financial Planning and is well on the way to becoming a Chartered Financial Planner. Stacey has particular strengths in retirement planning; especially unravelling the complexities of different pension arrangements that clients may have.

Stacey believes the best financial planners are also excellent listeners. Understanding what her client’s want to achieve is crucial to her creating successful financial strategies. The challenge is to then communicate these strategies in language that is readily understood. Stacey abhors financial jargon.

Stacey retains a healthy balance between work and play; making full use of her free time to get some country air outside of London. Weekends are often spent horse riding in the local countryside or spending weekends visiting her childhood home of Devon. Stacey also has a great love of water, and enjoys holidays where the sea is warmer and she can scuba dive.
