The Tipping Point

Another book by Malcolm Gladwell. The Tipping Point is that magic moment when an idea, trend, or social behaviours crosses a threshold, tips, and spreads like wildfire. Whilst we didn't want to start a Yellowtail epidemic this book gave us some useful tools in our search for marketing that works.

The Undercover Economist

Hot on the heels of the US book FREAKonomics this highly entertaining book has a much more British feel about it, which isn't surprising as it's been written by a Brit. An interesting an easy read.

Where are all the Customer's Yachts?

I have to thank the style guru Stephen Bayley for introducing me to this book, what a marvelous read, and despite being written in 1940, the observations of the people involved in stock trading are as pertinent today as they have always been. Human nature doesn't change.
